摘    要:采用离心浇铸方法将生铁样品重新熔融成块,用砂带研磨机研磨后,利用X射线荧光光谱分析其中的Si、Mn、P,熔融后的试样结构均匀,有效地克服了试样中存在的矿物效应和颗粒效应,该方法简单、快速、准确度高。

Abstract:We re -melt iron sample to a lump with centffugal casting, grind it with sand- strip grinder, and then determine Si, Mn, P, Ti in it with X - ray fluorescent spectrum analysis. Because the re - molten sample has a homogeneous structure the existing mineral effect and grain effect in sample are effectively overcome. This method is simple, fast and accurate.
