摘    要:为提高大学生科技创新项目管理水平,营造更好的大学生科技创新氛围,文中根据大学生科技创新训练计划(STITP)的业务流程设计并开发了STITP管理信息系统,实现了项目申报、项目评审、项目结题等流程的在线管理。整个系统分为管理子系统和用户子系统两个模块,其中管理子系统模块采用C/S架构设诗;用户子系统模块采用B/S架构设计实现。系统运行后,极大地提高了各级管理人员和师生的工作效率,提高了教学管理酌信息化水平。

Abstract:In order to improve the management level of science and technology innovation projects and create a better atmosphere for sci- ence and technology innovation of college students, it designs and develops the science and technology innovation training program ( STITP } management information system according to the business processes, which realizes online management of project application, project review and project ending. This system is divided into management subsystem and user subsystem. On the one hand, choose the C/S mode for the management subsystem. On the other hand,choose B/S mode for the user subsystem. After the run of system, it im- proves all the managers', students' and teachers' work efficiency, also it improves the informationization level of teaching manage- ment.
