澳斯麦特铜连续吹炼试验

摘    要:使用连续吹炼模式,成功生产了合格粗铜。连续吹炼模式比澳斯麦特周期吹炼模式操作简单,炉温控制、烟气量和烟气浓度更为稳定,环保条件更好。但还有渣含铜高、直收率低等问题需要解决。

Abstract:Continuous Copper Converting Process(C3),which is cooperative developed by Houma Smelter and Ausmelt Company,has been successfully used to produce qualified blister copper.The operation of C3 is simpler than that of Ausmelt bath converting.Implementation of the Ausmelt C3 process will allow the furnace temperature control;the off-gas quantity and density are more stable.But there are still some problems needed to be solved: the copper in slag is higher and the direct recovery rate is lower.
