摘    要:为了提高水工混凝土的耐久性、增强其抗裂性能,本文通过掺入聚丙烯腈纤维,测定了混凝土的物理力学性能,并根据混凝土综合抗裂模型,分析比较了纤维混凝土和基准混凝土的抗裂指标的差异。通过压汞和快速碳化试验,研究了纤维对混凝土孔结构的改变和对混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。研究结果表明,适量掺入聚丙烯腈纤维,可以大幅度提高水工混凝土的抗裂性能和抗碳化耐久性。

Abstract:In order to improve durability and crack-resistance of hydraulic concrete, the physical and mechanical properties of concrete containing PAN fibers were measured. Based on complex crack-resistance model, the crack-resistance index difference between fiber reinforced concrete and control concrete was compared and analyzed. By mercury intrusion porosimetry and fast carbonization test, the effect of PAN fibers on pore size distribution and carbonization resistance of concrete was studied. Test results indicated that proper addition of PAN fibers could largely improve crack-resistance and carbonization resistance of hydraulic concrete.
