红外技术诊断高压电气设备内部缺陷

摘    要:对应用红外诊断技术诊断高压电气设备内部缺陷中发现的一些典型实例进行原因及判据性分析。结果表明:红外热成像技术能有效地检测出与运行电压、负荷电流等有关的设备内部缺陷,能通过分析红外热像分布场来准确判断内部缺陷的具体部位和严重程度,不失为一种开展状态检修的重要检测手段。

Abstract:This paper carries out reason and criterion analysis for some typical internal defects and faults discovered in applying infrared diagnosis technigue to high voltage electrical equipment.It proves that applying infrared diagnosis technigue will efficiently detect equipments internal defects relevant to operation voltage and load current,and by analysing infrared distribution site,can accurately locate the specific position and serious level of internal defects.Infrared diagnosis technigue is important detection means of developing state diagnosis and overhaul.
