暂堵调剖剂研究及其应用

摘    要:在提出暂堵调剖理论的基础上 ,分析了暂堵调剖工艺及暂堵剂的研究方向。通过对一种颗粒型水溶性暂堵剂的封堵率、耐压强度、暂堵时间、颗粒大小等的室内实验 ,研制出了一种用于注水井调剖的暂堵剂配方。现场应用表明暂堵调剖工艺成功 ,暂堵调剖的剖面改善效果明显 ,对应油井增油效果好于常规调剖。

Abstract:On the basis of the principle of diverting and profile control, it's technology and research orientation of diverting agent are analyzed. A kind of formula of diverting agent is developed for profile control in water injection well through laboratory experiments of studying blocking ratio, pressure?tight strength, temporary blocking time and grain size etc of a kind of particle type water?soluble diverting agent. Field application shows that the technology is successful with obvious improvement on profile, and oil production response in oil well is better than that by regular profile control.
