摘    要:油井采出液将会对金属设备造成腐蚀 ,所以以有机酸、多胺等为原料合成了GS 1油井缓蚀剂。对富含H2 S、CO2 及盐的污水 ,该缓蚀剂添加量为 50mg/L时 ,缓蚀率可达 80 %以上。静态腐蚀速率小于 0 .0 76mm/a,现场应用效果显著。该缓蚀剂原料来源广、生产过程简单、成本低 ,将是一种较有应用前景的油井缓蚀剂

Abstract:Because the liquid produced from oil wells may make corrosion to metal equipment, GS-1 corrosion inhibitor for oil well is synthesized by organic acid and polyamine. When 50mg/L of this inhibitor is put into the produced sewage that is rich in H 2S, CO 2 and salt, the rate of corrosion mitigation may be more than 80% and the static corrosion rate is less than 0.076mm/a. So the effect in field application is remarkable. GS-1 corrosion inhibitor will be a prospective one for its wide source of raw material, simple process of production and low cost.
