无油管采油技术的原理与应用

摘    要:在常规有杆抽油方式中 ,用油管和抽油杆作为配套管柱 ,耗材多 ,泵效低。无油管采油技术为解决上述问题另辟了溪径。对无油管采油方式的工作原理和结构特点做了简要介绍。通过几口典型井例的分析指出了这一技术的适用范围和特点。该技术在胜利油田已推广应用近 2 0口井 ,平均提高泵效 1 8.1 % ,降低了生产成本 ,是一项提高油井开采效益的新工艺。

Abstract:More materials are used and pump efficiency is low for using oil tube and sucker rod as matching pipe string in the regular rod pumping. So, the technique of tubingless oil production is applied for solving the above problems. The working principle and features in structure of tubingless oil production have been set forth in this paper. Scope of application and properties of the technology have been gained through some typical wells' analyses. The technology has been applied for nearly 20 wells in Shengli oil field, average pump efficiency has increased by 18.1% and the cost decreased. It's a new technology for improving the benefit in production of oil wells.
