高压脉冲射流酸化解堵技术的研究与应用

摘    要:高压脉冲射流酸化解堵是用于低渗透油田增产增注的新技术。该工艺可根据地层堵塞情况及程度 ,选择酸液种类、酸液浓度、射流脉冲频率、处理时间和处理层位。该文从水动力学和酸化机理的角度 ,对高压脉冲射流酸化解堵的基本原理、工艺技术及有关的计算方法加以论述 ,实际井例证明该技术解堵的增产效果显著。

Abstract:Plugging removal with high pressure pulse jet acidization is new technique to be used for increment of production and injection in low permeability oil fields. Acidizing fluids' type, concentration, jet pulse frequency, treatment time and interval treated may be selected according to degree of formation plugging. In terms of hydrodynamics and acidizing theory, this paper discusses the basic principle, technology and calculation method concerned of plugging removal technique with high pressure pulse jet acidization, and the obvious effect of the technique is proved by actual well examples.
