天然气经甲醇或二甲醚制取低碳烯烃的经济分析及工程设计原则

摘    要:简要介绍了天然气转化技术的现状,对天然气制二甲醚和甲醇的经济性进行分析后肯定了其竞争力;对天然气经甲醇或二甲醚转化为低碳烯烃的工程开发问题进行了讨论,在分析该技术的中试研究结果的基础上提出了工程设计原则,指出天然气价格是制约天然气化工利用的关键因素,天然气经甲醇或二甲醚转化为低碳烯烃的工程开发可借鉴炼油工业中成熟的流化催化裂化技术来实现。

Abstract:Status quo of natural gas conversion technology is briefly introduced. Economy of converting natural gas to methanol or dimethly ether has been analyzed and its competitivety affirmed. Engineering development of producing low carbon olefin by converting natural gas to methanol or dimethly ether has been discussed and the engineering design principle proposed based on the analysis of pilot test result. It is pointed that the price of natural gas is the key factor restricting natural gas utilization. The ripe FCC technology can be used as reference in the engineering development of producing low carbon olefin by converting natural gas to methanol or dimethly ether.
