摘    要:分析了酒精浓醪发酵玉米粉的理论浓度与相应酒精发酵工艺全流程的变化方向,并提出了实现高浓度酒精工艺的几项保障措施。

Abstract:The theoretical concentration of cornmeal and corresponding changes in entire technological process were analysed in high gravity alcohol fermentation . Several guarantee measures for the technology of high gravity alcohol fermenta tion were advanced.
