研磨盘沟槽偏置的研究

摘    要:简要分析了研磨盘沟槽形状对钢球加工质量的影响.通过对钢球运动和受力分析,得出加工过程中各参数之间的关系,运用一定的数学运算工具,分析研磨盘沟槽内、外偏置时,钢球自转与公转速度的变化,从而实现对研磨盘沟槽的优化设计.

Abstract:The influence of the grinding plate groove shape on steel ball processing quality is briefly analyzed.Based on analysis of mechanics and movement,the relationship of parameters during the processing is drawn.And using certain mathematical tools,the change of the ball's rotation and revolution speed are analyzed when the grinding plate groove is under the circumstances of offset,in order to realize optimization design of the grinding plate groove.
