Discussion on Questions in the Development of China''''s Bio-diesel Industry

The strategic relations in the development of China’s bio-diesel industry are discussed in detail in this article, including: 1) the measures for the adequate supply of raw material, 2) the harmonious coopera- tion and competition of three petroleum giants including CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC, 3) the relations among state-owned companies and private ones and foreign companies as well, 4) the national bio-diesel quality and equipment standards, 5) the preferential policy such as subsidies and taxation. Based on the comprehensive analysis of theses relations, the authors put foreword that the government departments concerned should pay attentions to the coordination of developing speed and quality, so as to achieve the healthy development of China’s bio-diesel industry.
