| 摘 要： | 根据面向中西亚软件开发与出口的战略,需要开发适合在哈萨克斯坦国应用的哈文操作系统及应用软件。通过对哈萨克斯坦国目前使用的文字的调查与研究,总结出目前哈国使用的文字编码字符集、键盘布局,编制出哈萨克斯坦哈文输入法,实现了哈萨克斯坦哈文键盘输入,为开发哈萨克斯坦哈文操作系统提供了支持。
