基于CFD的绝缘子下伞面水冲洗效率仿真研究

摘    要:为了合理选择绝缘子带电水清洗参数,提高清洗效率,利用流体仿真软件FLUENT提供的VOF(Volume of Fluid)模型对不同垂直冲洗角度和不同喷嘴进口压力下情形的绝缘子下伞面水冲洗情形进行了仿真研究。分析了绝缘子下伞面的压力和速度分布及有效清洗面积随压力的变化规律。结果表明:增大喷嘴进口压力有利于提高有效清洗面积,但是存在临界值;垂直清洗角度较大时,清除机制更直接有效,能去除粘接强度较大的污垢;在满足临界清洗压力时,选择较小垂直清洗角度能获得更大清洗效率。研究结果为绝缘子下伞面带电水清洗参数的选择提供了依据。

Abstract:For a reasonable parameters choice of live-line insulators washing, and improving the cleaning efficiency, the volume of fluid (VOF) model provided by fluid simulation software FLUENT was used, and the simulation research of water washing of insulator subumbrella at different flushing angle and different stress has carried on.The distribution of pressure and velocity of insulator subumbrella, and the law of changes of effective cleaning area with different pressure were analyzed.The results show that increasing the nozzle inlet pressure is helpful to improve the effective cleaning area, but there has a critical value.With the higher flushing angle, the clear mechanism is more direct and effective and can remove higher adhesion strength contamination.When reaching the contamination`s critical washing pressure, chosen a lower flushing angle leads to a higher cleaning efficiency.The result of research has provided a useful reference to choose reasonable parameters of live-line insulators subumbrella washing.
