二级行星磨料抛光机对矩形手机边框抛光实验研究

摘    要:为研究二级行星磨料抛光机对矩形手机边框抛光工艺特性,采用外形与手机边框相似的矩形工件进行了抛光工艺实验,较系统地研究了抛光时间、抛光转速、磨料粒度等主要工艺参数对工件表面质量的影响规律。实验表明:在采用8~#核桃粒磨料,抛光时间为90 min,抛光转速为75 r/min时,工件表面抛光质量较好,长短边表面粗糙度差异性较小。

Abstract:For the study of the polishing process characteristics of rectangular mobile frame by secondary planet abrasive polishing machine, the rectangular workpiece with the same appearance of mobile frame was used to carry out the polishing process experiment. The influence law of the main technological parameters on the workpiece surface quality, including the polishing time, the polishing speed, abrasive particle size, was systematically studied. The experimental results show that in using the 8# walnut grain abrasive, polishing time of 90 min, the polishing speed of 75 r/min, the surface polishing quality is better, and edge roughness difference is smaller.
