摘    要:60 MN压力机主体结构采用16Mn钢板焊接结构,最大限度降低设备质量,有效缩短了制造周期;对于大功率液压系统,选择恒功率变量泵组合作为系统主动力源,兼顾经济性和节能特性。设置顶置油箱及充液阀,用于两个单作用缸冲液或排油,在相同运动速度条件下,有效减少对泵的流量要求。

Abstract:Main structure of 60 MN hydroform press was made of 16Mn steel plate welded structure, then equipment weight was reduced maximum, manufacturing cycle was shortened.For high power hydraulic system,main source of power system was composed of combination of constant power variable pump, both considering the economy and energy saving features.Two single-acting cylinder filling liquid or discharging oil through overhead tank and pilot operated check valve ,the demand to pump flow was decreased.
