摘    要:针对某数控机床主轴传动机构在实际工作中出现的问题进行深入的分析,并对主轴传动部件进行优化改进,提升了主轴传动机构的性能,应用后解决了生产中的实际问题,提高了数控设备的使用寿命,降低了数控设备的维修成本,避免了生产加工中出现零件质量隐患。

Abstract:In view of the problems in the practical work of the CNC machine spindle drive mechanism, in-depth analysis was done, and the spindle drive components was optimized to improve the performance of the spindle drive mechanism. After application, the practical problems in production are solved, CNC equipment serve life is improved, the maintenance cost for CNC equipment is re-duced, the quality problems occurred in production and processing of parts are avoided.
