比例泵控制液压缸系统固有频率的计算

摘    要:以拉伸矫直机的主液压系统为例,通过将比例泵控制液压缸系统分为两个串联的单输入-单输出装置:比例泵和液压缸,分别计算出两个装置的固有频率,然后按照串联系统中固有频率之间的关系求出比例泵控制液压缸系统的固有频率。通过计算可知:在比例泵控制液压缸系统的固有频率中以液压缸的固有频率为主,比例泵的固有频率对整个系统的固有频率有一定影响,尤其是在初始等效容积较小时。

Abstract:Taking the stretching machine main hydraulic system as an example, the proportional pump control hydraulic cylinder system was divided into two series of single input-single output device:proportional pump and hydraulic cylinder, the natural frequen-cies of the two devices were calculated respectively, then according to the relationship between the natural frequency of series systems, the natural frequency of the proportional pump control hydraulic cylinder system was calculated. The calculation result shows that the natural frequency of the hydraulic cylinder is the main part of the natural frequency of the proportional pump control hydraulic cylinder system, the natural frequency of the proportional pump has certain influence on the natural frequency of the whole system, especially when the initial equivalent volume is small.
