摘    要:针对飞机故障在系统内、系统间传播的机理,提出面向多TASK的功能有向图故障诊断方法,进行故障诊断优化设计和复训人员的高效培训.首先基于飞机手册建立了航线可更换组件的功能有向图模型,表征了故障传播关系,对其进行矩阵化处理,再利用可达分层法和节点深度结合进行层次化处理,最后基于全局风险影响度给出故障定位与剪枝算法,确定LRU的故障诊断优先级.对故障诊断方法进行实例化,结果表明该方法缩短了诊断的时间.

Abstract:According to the mechanism of aircraft fault propagation inner-system and inter- system,the fault diag-nosis method based on functional directed graph for multi-TASK was proposed to optimize the fault diagnosis process and efficiently train the retraining personnel. Based on the aircraft manual,a functional directed graph model of the line replaceable unit was established,the fault propagation relationship was characterized,and the model would be processed by the matrix algorithm and the hierarchical algorithm. The hierarchical algorithm was combined with the reachable matrix algorithm and node depth algorithm. The priority of the LRU for fault diagno-sis was determined by the fault localization and pruning algorithm considered the global risk influence degree. The proposed method of fault diagnosis was verified by a case and the results has been proved that the method could shorten the diagnosis time.
