提高重型立车承载能力的液压系统改造设计与应用

摘    要:针对重型立式车床提高承载能力改造项目需求,根据先期静压导轨设计确定的参数,进行了较为详细的供、回油系统改造设计及安全保护装置设计。根据改造完成后进行的静态实验和运转实验情况及测定的数据,重点进行了机床工作情况分析,可为重型立车液压系统设计提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the transformation project requirement improving the heavy duty vertical lathe carrying capacity, according to the parameters specified in the hydrostatic guide way design, the oil supply and return system and safety protection device were de-signed. According to the static experiment, operation experiment and measurement data after reconstruction, the machine working con-dition analysis was focused on. It provides reference for heavy duty vertical lathe hydraulic system design
