摘    要:以注射成型机移模油缸缓冲装置为研究对象,讨论油缸工作压力、运动速度、缓冲套与缓冲腔单边间隙以及缓冲套圆锥段长度对缓冲压力和缓冲速度的影响。采用AMESim软件进行建模仿真,改进了油缸缓冲装置的结构,优化了缓冲装置的效果。

Abstract:Taking the buffer device of migration model cylinder of the injection molding machine as research object, the influ-ences of working pressure, speed, unilateral gap between buffer set and buffer cavity and the cone length of the buffer set on the buffer pressure and buffer speed were discussed. Modeling and simulation were completed by using AMESim software. The cylinder buffer de-vice structure was improved and the buffer effect was optimized.
