电液伺服阀动静态特性检测实训台研制

摘    要:针对液压实训室的喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀,为对其进行性能测试,研制了一套测试系统,数据采集采用PCI6221数据采集卡,16通道的AD卡作为数据采集板卡进行数据采集和曲线输出,可以对其静态性能和动态性能进行测试;将测试结果和理论数据进行比较,验证了检测台的合理性和准确性,可以对电液伺服阀进行动态和静态性能测试以及对电液伺服系统进行试验研究。

Abstract:A test system was developed for the performance test of the nozzle baffle type electro-hydraulic servo valve. Data acqui-sition was used PCI6221 data acquisition card, the 16 channel AD card was used as data acquisition board for data acquisition and curve output. The static and dynamic performance of the valve could be tested. The test results and theoretical data were compared. The results verify the reasonableness and accuracy of the test bench, that can be used to test the dynamic and static performance of electro hydraulic servo valve and to make experimental study of electro hydraulic servo system.
