摘    要:加工中心铣圆时易产生过象限误差,造成圆弧表面接刀痕迹,影响加工精度和表面质量。以配备FANUC系统的VMC850系列加工中心为试验对象,比较不同条件下过象限误差的变化情况,对试验数据进行分析,得出相应的优化对策,为改善加工中心铣圆过象限误差过大现象、提高数控机床加工精度提供参考。

Abstract:Over quadrant error is easy to appear when round contour workpiece is milled on CNC machining center, causing marks on the surface of the circular arc,then machining accuracy and surface quality are affected.Taking VMC850 series machining center equipped with FANUC system as the test object, the changes of the quadrant error were compared under different conditions.The test data were analyzed,and the corresponding optimization methods were obtained.It provides reference for reducing the quadrant error of CNC machining center and improving the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.
