摘    要:针对目前国内铁路机车闸瓦安装复杂,周边部件多,难以准确定位闸瓦位置,实现其磨损状态自动检测的情况,提出了一种基于DNA计算的机车闸瓦图像检测新方法,首先构建了一套闸瓦图像的采集系统,当机车运行到特定位置时,系统能够自动采集闸瓦图像,将其保存至计算机硬盘。在此基础上,对采集到的闸瓦图像进行中值滤波及灰度增强,并研究了一种基于DNA计算的图像阈值分割算法。与传统的ostu阈值法相比,新算法能准确定位闸瓦,有效获取闸瓦区域的阈值,分割闸瓦信息。对分割后的闸瓦图像进行数学形态学处理,去除闸瓦周边的孤立点,并采用sobel边缘检测法提取到了较为理想的闸瓦边缘,为实现闸瓦的自动检测奠定了基础。

Abstract:Nowadays,the installaton of bake for railway locomotive is very complicated.There are many parts around the brake.It is very difficult to locate the brake`s position and to detect its wearing situation automatically.Aimed to solve the problems,a new method for the bake detection of image based on the DNA algorithm has been proposed.Firstly,the experimental system for brake images capture was setup.When the locomotive ran at a certain position,the system could capture images automatically and save them to the hard disk in computer.On this basis,the median filtering and gray enhancing operations were done to the images.A segmentation mehod based on the Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) algorithm has been researched and applied to the brake images of threshold value.Compared with the traditional ostu method of threshold value,the new method could locate the brake correctly,acquire its regional threshold value effectively and segment the brake infomation.Then the math morphologic processing was done to the segmented images and the isolated points around the brake could be filtered.In the end,the edge dection method based on the sobel algorithm has been operated,and the clear ideal edge of brake is extracted,which make some basis for automatic detection of brake for ralway locomotive.
