摘    要:主要介绍了基于施耐德LXM32A系列的六自由度汽车悬架测试控制系统以及整体机械机构的设计。通过CANOPEN通信协议控制伺服电机的运动,从而推动平台模拟各种路面的路谱信息。系统硬件主要由六路伺服电动缸、运动平台和汽车悬架组成,并通过加载不同的路谱信息验证六自由度汽车悬架测试系统的可行性。

Abstract:The design of six degree of freedom (6-DOF) testing platform for automotive suspension controller system with the servo drivers of Schneider LXM32A series and the whole mechanical structure of testing platform were introduced.The platform was controlled by six servo motors and the motor working by the communication protocol of CANOPEN.Then the platform was driven to simulate the road spectrum information of various pavements.The hardware system was mainly composed of the 6-channel servo motors, motion platform and automotive suspension.The feasibility of 6-DOF testing platform for automotive suspension control system is verified by means of downloaded the road spectrum information of various pavements.
