裂解连杆长油孔加工关键技术的研究

摘    要:针对1.5T汽油发动机的主要零部件连杆组件尝试用3种加工方法解决长油孔加工的技术难题。通过对3种加工方法加工效果的对比,最后选取了加工产品质量稳定、效率高、成本最少的数控深孔钻加工连杆的长油孔,就加工过程中所遇到的散热、排屑、导向装置、刚性差和枪钻的使用寿命等关键技术问题进行深入的分析和研究,并提出了有效的解决方法。

Abstract:Aiming at the 1.5T gasoline engine connecting rod assembly processing,three processing methods were tried to solve the problem of long oil hole machining.Through comparing the processing effects of the three processing methods,CNC deep hole drilling was selected which had stable product quality,high efficiency and minimum cost.Aiming at the key technical problems encountered in the processing,such as heat dissipation,chip removal,guiding device,poor rigidity and gun drill life,in-depth analysis and research were made and the effective solution was put forward.
