大尺寸超薄壁结构件弯曲成形工艺策略

摘    要:对某精密仪器上的一个不锈钢零件进行弯曲成形受力与变形分析,针对其大尺寸、超薄壁与非封闭截面的结构特点设计了弯曲成形的组合填充模具,结合成形工艺过程,提出了依靠模具与零件间隙控制、渐进成形控制等方法来有效消除弯曲成形变形的工艺措施,并通过实际应用验证了该成形工艺的可靠性。

Abstract:On the basis of bending forming force and deformation analysis for a stainless steel part in a precision instrument,the combination mould having filling and support function was designed for the part with large size,ultra thin-wall and non-closed cross section structure characteristics.Combined with the forming process,the technological measures were proposed to eliminate the bending forming deformation by using the way of incremental forming control and the gap control between mould and part.And the forming process and the reliability were verified by practical application.
