摘    要:利用AMESim平台搭建多路阀铲斗联负流量控制系统,在不同负载条件下仿真得到输出流量与阀芯行程之间的关系,并以此确定FLUENT仿真模型在不同阀芯行程下的进口油液速度。基于FLUENT仿真,发现随着阀芯行程的增大,阀芯上的稳态液动力先增大后减小,方向与阀芯运动方向相反,使阀口趋于关闭,且负载越大,稳态液动力越小。通过误差分析发现,在计算阀芯操纵力时,忽略稳态液动力,会导致较大的计算误差。所以在建立阀芯的静态力平衡方程时,有必要将稳态液动力考虑在内。

Abstract:A negative flow control system of the bucket of multi-way valve was built by using AMESim platform. The relationships between output flow and spool stroke under different load conditions were obtained by simulation, then the speed of oil imports of FLU-ENT simulation models at different spool stroke was determined. Based on FLUENT simulation, it is found that with spool stroke in-creasing, the steady-state flow force on the spool increases first and then decreases, with opposite direction to the spool movement, tending to close the valve port. And the greater the load, the smaller the steady-state flow force. Through error analysis, it is found if ignoring the steady-state flow force, a larger calculation error will be resulted in when calculating the operating force of the spool. Therefore, it is necessary to take the steady-state flow force into account when establishing the static force balance equation of spool.
