液压旋转支撑转盘液压控制系统设计

摘    要:机械驱动旋转支撑转盘传动链长、传动装置复杂、部件多、质量过大,在一些特殊的钻井设备上布置困难,而且影响主机的移运性能。针对上述问题设计了液压驱动的旋转支撑转盘,低速大扭矩马达安装在常规转盘的输入轴端,液压系统采用了负载敏感控制及电液比例控制方案,通过在司钻房远程控制,实现了对转速及扭矩的精确控制,有效地解决了转盘应用中存在的问题。

Abstract:Because rotary-support table driven by machinery has long transmission chain, complicated driving devices, many parts and large weight,it is difficult to lay out on some special drill devices and the mobile transport performance of the main machine is affected.For the above problems, a hydraulic rotary-support table was designed.Low-speed and high torque motor was installed in input shaft of the conventional rotary-support table directly.The scheme of hydraulic load sensing system and electro-hydraulic proportional control was used.By remote control in dogroom,the table''s speed and torque were controlled accurately,and the problem for application was resolved efficiently.
