摘    要:分析两栖装甲车液压系统的可靠性时,采用传统的FMECA方法会因为评价因素多、故障数据缺乏且故障模式关联性大,很难进行有效的定量分析。将模糊理论中的模糊综合评判引入到传统FMECA方法中,形成模糊FMECA方法,用于两栖装甲车液压系统的可靠性分析,可以得出液压系统部件各故障模式的危害等级,从而找出液压系统的维修和可靠性改进重点。根据分析结果得出,模糊FMECA方法能帮助找出液压系统的故障诊断重点并提出改进措施,进而提高其可靠性。

Abstract:The traditional FMECA is used to analyze the reliability of hydraulic system of amphibious armored vehicle.Because of many evaluation indexes,few fault data,it is difficult to have a accurate analysis.The fuzzy theory was introduced to the FMECA to form the fuzzy FMECA method,then the method was applied to the reliability analysis of the hydraulic system of amphibious armored vehicles.According to the results,the criticality of failure modes was ranked and the emphases of maintenance and reliability improvement were found.The analysis results show that the fuzzy FMECA method can help to find out the emphases of fault diagnosis and put forward improve measures to make the reliability improved.
