摘    要:以某自主品牌汽车转向系统为载体,根据该车双回路液压转向系统原理图,搭建了应急阀的AMESim仿真模型,对应急阀的运动换向性能进行仿真分析,确定了影响应急阀换向性能的最佳结构参数。并通过试验验证了应急阀的换向性能,为产品设计提供所需的数据和理论依据。

Abstract:The AMESim simulation model of the emergency valve was built, and the performance of the valve was simulated and analyzed according to the principle of the hydraulic steering system of the double circuit, the optimal structural parameters influencing the performance of the emergency valve were studied. The performance of the emergency valve was verified by test, which provided data and theoretical basis for the product design.
