转头测量系统在某数控机床调试中的应用

摘    要:介绍某转头测量系统HMS的硬件、软件及其调试方法,分析测试过程中的常见故障及解决方法。实践证明:采用HMS测量系统测量并补偿转头的角度误差及相关的旋转刀具中心(RTCP)参数,不仅能提高某五轴数控机床的精度,而且可以大幅提升工作效率。

Abstract:The hardware and software of a head measuring system (HMS) and its debugging method were introduced.The common faults and solutions in the testing process were analyzed.Practice has proved that using HMS measuring system to measure and compensate the angle error of the rotation axis and rotational tool center point (RTCP) parameters,not only the accuracy of a five axis CNC machine tool can be improved,but also the work efficiency can be greatly improved.
