滚柱直线导轨副结合面参数识别与数值模拟

摘    要:导轨副结合面静、动态特性对于机床整机性能有着显著的影响,导轨副结合面参数准确识别是机床整机性能预测的基础。国内现有导轨副设计方法落后,严重制约了机床功能部件及整机制造行业的发展。建立一种实用的滚柱直线导轨副动力学建模方法,采用有限元法对导轨副的自由和约束模态进行分析研究,并分别进行了实物模态特性测试,最后将仿真分析结果和实验测试结果进行对比。结果表明:仿真计算结果与试验结果的误差在8%以内,所建立的滚柱直线导轨副动力学模型具有较高的精度,可用于导轨副乃至机床整机特性预测。

Abstract:The static and dynamic characteristics of the guides contact surface have a significant impact on the machine tool performance.Accurate contact surface parameters identification is the foundation of the machine tool performance prediction.Current domestic development method is not practical which leads to a restriction in development of machine and functional units manufacturing.Through the establishment of a dynamic mechanical roller linear guide model,the finite element method was used to analyze free and constraint modals of the guides which were then experimented on modal characteristics respectively.Results show that the difference between numerical simulation output and the experiment is within 8%.The finite element model of the roller linear guides has high precision,and can be used to predict characteristics of guides and machine tool.
