| 摘 要： | 介绍了将喷嘴安放在钢罐口上并压合的自动上料机构,设计自动上料机构的机械结构和气动系统,并设计出PLC的控制系统。利用自动化设备代替手工操作,减少人工操作,具有稳定可靠的性能,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | Automatic feeding injectors system used to put injector on the caliber of steel cans and compress were introduced.The system`s structure and pneumatic system were designed as well as the programmable logical control (PLC) control system.Use automatic equipment instead of manual operation,the manual operation was reduced,with stable and reliable performance, and the production efficiency is improved. |
