飞机质量质心测量姿态调整系统研究

摘    要:针对飞机质量质心测量存在调校水平及姿态调节困难、定位精度不高和效率低等问题,设计一种能够进行多轴移动的柔性支撑结构,在此基础上提出基于柔性支撑的测量姿态调整方法。并对柔性支撑结构进行设计,结合测距传感、压力检测及伺服运动控制等技术,实现测量过程的自动化调姿。通过实验的方式对柔性支撑结构的运动定位精度进行测量,结果表明X、Y、Z3个轴向的定位精度均达到了±0.2 mm,采用柔性支撑结构的姿态调整系统稳定可靠而且高效。

Abstract:According to the problems of adjusted calibration level, difficult attitude regulation, low positioning accuracy and effi-ciency about aircraft mass center measurement, a kind of multi-axial mobile flexible support structure was designed. On this basis, the method of measurement attitude adjustment based on flexible support structure was proposed. Flexible support structure was designed in detail. The process of automation adjusted attitude measurement was realized combining with ranging sensor, pressure detection and ser-vo motion control etc. Positioning accuracy of the flexible support structure was measured by experiment system. The results show that positioning accuracy reaches ±0. 2 mm of X, Y, Z axis, the attitude regulation system of using flexible support structure is stable, re-liable and high efficient.
