基于工业机器人精密减速器现有标准,结合国外先进产品性能参数,探讨了工业机器人精密减速器扭转刚度、空程、传动效率、传动误差和启动扭矩关键性能指标的试验方法,介绍了自主设计的机器人精密减速器试验系统,通过RV减速器性能试验,对试验方法加以验证。

Research of Performance Test Methods of Precise Reducers in Industrial Robot

Test methods of the key performance index,torsional stiffness,hysteresis error,transmission efficiency,transmission error and starting torque of robot precise reducers are discussed based on existing standards and performance parameters of the foreign advanced products.The test system of precise reducers was introduced.Tests for performance of RV reducers are done to verify the test methods mentioned above.
