摘    要:各种机械产品的研发、测试分析、质量检验、安全或优化控制中很多都需要进行动态转矩测量。对无线传输的动态转矩仪器的机械结构和主要零部件进行了设计,选用合理的弹性轴、联轴器等零件,并对壳体和底座的结构形状和尺寸进行了设计,提高了动态转矩仪的测量精度和可靠性。

Abstract:Dynamic torque measurement is needed in all kinds of mechanical products research and development,test and analysis,quality inspection,security and optimization control.The mechanical structure and main parts of the dynamic torque instrument based on wireless transmission were designed.Reasonable elastic shaft,shaft coupling and other parts were chosen,and the structure shape and size of the shell and base were designed.The measuring accuracy and reliability of the dynamic torque meter are improved.
