墙体砖压机液压控制系统的节能研究

摘    要:以某厂液压压砖机为研究对象,搭建了其液压系统的仿真模型;将仿真曲线与实验曲线进行对比验证了仿真模型的正确性,并进行能量统计分析找出损失严重的原因;根据负载特性和分析结果提出了适当的节能措施,建立了仿真模型。研究表明:该系统具有良好的节能效果。

Abstract:Based on a certain factory hydraulic press as the research object, a simulation model of the hydraulic system was built.The simulation curve was compared with the experimental curve and the simulation model was validated, then statistic analysis was carried out to find out the causes of serious energy loss.According to the load characteristic and the analysis results, an appropriate energy saving measure was put forward.The research shows that this system has good energy saving effect.
