新型屈曲约束斜撑(RBRB)元件测试与模拟

摘    要:70年代许多专家学者提出屈曲约束斜撑(Buckling Restrained Brace,BRB),成功地解决了斜撑系统在地震过程中容易屈服的缺点,同时能提供良好的消能机制。不过传统屈曲约束斜撑由于加工程序相当复杂,同时约束单元间所填充之混凝土需经过长时间的养护以达所需强度,以及材料间的界面问题,因此整体制作过程相当耗时且精度无法控制。因此,本研究中我们提出新型屈曲约束斜撑,此种斜撑仅需经由简单的切割及焊接技术即可组装完成,因此制作过程相当迅速且精度较易掌握,同时经由组件测试结果显示,新型屈曲约束斜撑拥有相当稳定之迟滞行为,同时本研究中利用增量型文氏模式进行新型屈曲约束斜撑迟滞行为的模拟,由实验及模拟结果的比较可知,增量型文氏模式能够准确地模拟新型屈曲约束斜撑在反复荷载作用下的行为。

Abstract:In the past,the braced system was adopted as one of earthquake resistant methods to resist seismic loadings.However,it happened very often that the brace would buckle easily during earthquakes.Therefore,the buckling restrained brace,BRB,was presented in 1970s by many researchers to overcome the aforementioned disadvantage and to provide the energy absorbing mechanism;But the manufacturing procedures of traditional BRBs are too complex;the infilling concrete needs some time to develop its strength;and it is hard to control manufacturing precision attributed to the interfaces of different materials.Therefore,in this study,the new devices named the advanced buckling restrained brace are proposed to improve these disadvantages.The proposed devices could simplify the manufacturing processes and obtain good production precision through simple cutting and welding procedures.Furthermore,it is observed from the results of component tests that this device possesses quite stable behaviors under cyclic loadings.The Wen's model in an incremental form presented in this study could well simulate the hysteretic behavior of the advanced buckling restrained brace.
