摘    要:介绍了 0Cr1 8Ni1 0Ti钢的电渣重熔生产过程。通过采用在自耗电极的表面涂石灰浆、采用五元渣系和氩气保护以及在重熔过程中加入Al粉等措施有效地防止了 Ti]在电渣重熔过程中的烧损。

Abstract:The ESR process for 0Cr18Ni10Ti steel has been described in this article. By coating the lime white on the self-consumption electrode,adopting the slag with five type of oxides and the protection of Ar as well as the adding of AI powder, the burning damage can be effetely avoided during the ESR process.
