广域电网相量测量系统在西北电网的开发及应用

摘    要:基于全球卫星定位系统的相量测量技术是近年来发展的新技术,通过该技术对电网枢纽变电站和发电机转子的相对功角进行实时监测,采集记录数据,上传至调度中心,与仿真计算程序计算结果进行对比分析,广泛应用于电力系统计算参数修正研究和系统特性研究。该技术在西北电网的部分枢纽变电站得以应用,系统相关附属设备稳定运行,初步实现了同步向量测量的目的,得到的数据有较高的分析价值。该技术有必要在西北电力系统得到进一步推广应用。

Abstract:The phasor measurement technology based on Global Position System(GPS) is a kind of rapidly developed technology in recent years.By using this technology,the relative angel between key substations and generator rotors can be monitored,the data can be collected and transferred to dispatching center,the results with that come from simulation program,and power system characteristics can be analyzed.Phasor measurement technology is now applied in Northwest Power Grid,and has reached the basic purpose of synchronous phasor measurement,from which the data is worth of analyzing.This technology is necessary to extend its application in Northwest Power Grid.
