摘    要:“635”水利枢纽总干进水闸胸墙裂缝主要是温度裂缝和水平施工冷缝。通过对钢筋混凝土进行结构校核,表明混凝土结构不能满足抗裂要求,另外,竖向配筋不足也不利于控制裂缝的发展,且是裂缝重复产生的主要原因。在裂缝处理中采用了“上堵下排”方案,并采用了碳纤维布这种新型材料,有效地增强了局部抗裂能力,裂缝的加固处理达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:In this paper, The cause of crack on parapets of the intake structures of the main intake of "635" water conservancy project was analyzed, which suggested that the most of cracks are temperature and construction joints. Through checks conducted on the reinforced concrete structures, the structures were found were unable to stand cracking. The lack of longitudinal reinforcement is also a cause for development of cracks. We adopted the technique of "blocking in foreside and draining on back" and used the new material-carbon fibre. It has effectively improved the crack control in the parapets and achieved ideal results in reinforcement in the project.
