摘    要:本文叙述了一种新的、快速灵敏菜籽中总硫代葡萄糖甙的离子色谱检测法。借助芥子酶将菜籽中的硫甙水解为等当量的葡萄糖和硫酸根,释放出的硫酸根用一带有电导检测器的离子色谱仪确定,结合分析方法的研究,本文还给出了两种西德菜籽及一种中国菜籽的分析结果。

Abstract:A new, quick and sensitive ion chromatography method for the determination of the total glucosinolate content in rapeseed is described. All glucosinolates in rapeseed are hydrolysed by the myrosinase to equimolar amounts of glucose and sulfate. Sulfate ion can accurately be determined by quantitative ion chromatography using a conductivity detector. With the investigation of analytical method, the results of two samples of West Germany and one sample of China have been reported.
