微电解+改良Fenton氧化法处理电镀前处理废水的工程应用

摘    要:通过对电镀前处理废水的前期试验研究结果,采用微电解+改良Fenton氧化工艺处理广东东莞某电镀城电镀前处理废水。实践结果证明,该技术应用非常成功,从2007年起至今,工程运行结果稳定,运行费用低,出水水质可以达到广东省《水污染物排放标准》DBDB44/26-2001)的一级标准及第一类污染物最高允许排放标准的要求。

Abstract:Through the early stage of electroplating wastewater pre-trcatment test results, using micro-electrolysis +Modified Fenton oxidation process to treatment the electroplating pre-treatment wastewater in Dongguan XX Plating Park. Practical results showed that the technology was very successful, from 2007 to date, engineering operation, the results were stable, low cost, effluent quality can be achieved in Guangdong Province "water pollutant discharge standard" DB DB44/26-2001) of first standard and The first maximum allowable pollutant emission standards.
