摘    要:针对国内大型轧机油膜轴承离心浇铸机生产质量不稳定。轴承和顶头接触面发生合金撕裂、堆积不均匀等现象,以及轴承两端速度不匹配等问题,分析了单端模拟调速驱动和分离加热工艺对浇铸质量的影响;提出全新的双驱动变频调速、自动加热炉和自动加料相结合的单套完整设备方案;摒弃原有的模拟量调速,采用高精度的现场总线技术及控制策略实现两台电机的精确同步;增加自动加热炉和自动加料装置减少了浇铸过程中热能的损失,改进了浇铸工艺,提高了产品浇铸质量。

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the problem that a producer of large-scale film bearing for mills has faced. The centrifugal caster is unstable in the production and the contact surface of bearing and the head suffers alloy tear and uneven accumulation, and the speeds at the two ends of the bearing do not match. It is found that unstable casting is the result of one-end analog speed control and separate heating. And high-precision field bus and control strategy ensure the synchrony of the two motors. The automatic heater and the automatic material feeder reduce the energy loss in casting, improving the casting technology and the casting quality
