Construction of the Idea of Good Faith in Enforcement of the Administrative Law

Perfecting enforcement of the administrative law is the important content of the construction of socialist harmonious society. This article begin with the status quo of enforcement of administrative law. On the basis of analysizing its reason, this article proposes the new idea of good faith as the characteristic in enforcement of the administrative law, and discusses the necessities and the values about the good faith idea introducing enforcement of the administrative law. In the conclusive part, this article proposes the specific measures on the construction of the edea of good faith in enforcement of the administrative law.
