| Abstract: | The present study aims to make a comparison of culture of learning between China and the west and to analyze its implications on Chinese tertiary ELT. It is suggested that a synergetic culture of learning should be created by combining Chinese culture of learning with western culture of learning so as to improve the pedagogical quality of ELT in China. |
