掺锑二氧化锡电极光电催化降解甲基橙的研究

摘    要:以无机金属盐SnCl4·5H2O和SbCl3为原料,采用溶胶一凝胶提拉法制备得到光电催化性能良好的掺锑二氧化锡薄膜电极。以该电极为工作电极,气体扩散电极为对电极,250W高压汞灯(365nm)为侧光源,对甲基橙的光电催化降解进行了研究。结果表明,该电极具有四方形的金红石结构,在外电压为2.0V,pH值为3,涂覆层数为5层的条件下对初始浓度为20mg/L的甲基橙溶液光照60min,降解率达100%.

Study on the Photoelectrocatalysis Degradation for Methyl Orange on Sb-doped SnO2 Electrode

Abstract:Using metal salts SnCl4 · 5H2O and SbCl3 as precursors,thin films of antimony-doped tin oXide with good photoelectrocatalytic properties have been deposited by the sol-gel dip coating method. The Sb doped SnO2 electrode was used as the working electrode and the gas diffusion electrode was used as the counter electrode. A 250 W UV lamp (365nm) was used as side light-source. Methyl orange was the objective substance. Under the condition of external bias potential 2.0 V, pH = 3 and coating layers 5, and 60min irradiation, the rate of degradation of methyl orange of 20 mg/L reaches 100%.
