锌铝复合氧化物的制备及表面酸碱性的研究

摘    要:利用共沉淀法制备了锌铝复合金属氧化物,借助XRD对合成物性质进行表征,并以异丙醇脱氢脱水反应为探针反应,评价催化剂表面的酸碱催化行为。实验表明,反应温度为320℃、焙烧温度为400℃时,随着Zn/Al的增大,异丙醇的转化率先增大后减少,当Zn/Al=4时异丙醇的转化率达到最大75.46%;另外丙酮的选择性是逐渐增大的,而丙烯的选择性是逐渐减少的,复合金属氧化物表面的碱中心含量逐渐增大,而酸中心含量逐渐减小。

Abstract:The Mixed Oxides of Zinc-Aluminium were prepared by copricipation. XRD was used to characterize the crystallization. At the same time, the reaction of the propanol was used to investigate the acidity and basicity. The results indicate that under the reaction temperature 320 ℃ and the calcined temperature 400 ℃, the mixed oxides with the ratios of Zn/Al = 4 show the highest conversation of 75.46%. With the ratios of Zn/Al increasing, the conversation of propanol firstly increased, and then reduced. The dosage of basicity increased on the mixed oxides, while the dosage of the acidity declined.
